Your wedding day is one of the most important and memorable occasions of your life; a time when all your friends and close family gather to celebrate the joining together as Husband and Wife. Whether you choose a civil or church ceremony, you will want to capture and relive the moment when you both say "I do".
Because each wedding is unique, the team at Roy Sharp Imaging will capture that individuality, with a wedding video or wedding DVD, so that you have a visual moving memory to treasure for ever.
There may be hobbies or interests that have brought you together, or experiences that you have shared together. How about talking to each other on camera about your life journey and how it has brought you to your special occasion at this moment in time?
With our individually tailored packages there will be every effort taken to capture all the moments that are precious. Our cameras will be tastefully placed within the boundaries set by the venue and will endeavour not to be intrusive to either yourselves or your guests.
We have four wedding suites to choose from.
Suite One £650
- The arrival of your guests at the wedding venue.
- The arrival of the Groom and Best Man.
- Arrival of the maid of honour and bridesmaids.
- Arrival of the Bride.
- The wedding ceremony.
- Signing the register.
- Family and group photographs.
- Departure of Bride and Groom for Reception.
- Arrival of Bride and Groom, greeting of guests, line up for the wedding breakfast.
- Cutting of the cake.
- Speeches.
- The Bride and Grooms first dance.
Suite Two £725
- Bride and Bridesmaid's preparations.
- Bride's entrance in her wedding dress.
- Departure of Matron of Honour and Bridesmaids.
- Departure of the bridal party.
- Plus all the features of wedding Suite One
Suite Three £800
All the features of Suite One and Two Plus...
- A video diary from friends and relatives, including informal messages.
- An additional CD of still and moving frames
Suite Four (Price to be agreed)
You may wish to direct the way your wedding video is filmed, add extra footage of your engagement, photographs of your journey from childhood to present day, or you may have a hobby or special theme. Whatever you can imagine, Roy Sharp Imaging can bring it to life and capture all the threads and weave your DVD or Video into an unforgettable memory of your wedding day
In
the closing days before your wedding we will arrange an informal meeting to
discuss the final arrangements for the filming of your video, also where possible
to arrange to be present at your wedding rehearsal so that we can meet with
the minister and discuss his requirements for our filming his service.
All Wedding Suites will include 3 DVDs or VHS tapes or a combination of the two in personalised cases. Extra DVDs or VHS tapes £15.00 each.
All Wedding Suites will be inclusive of the Mechanical-Copyright Protection Society (MCPS) and Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL) Licences required for the filming of your wedding video.
You will have to obtain permission from the church minister or registry office to video your wedding ceremony.
